You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes your profile, friendships, direct messages, plans you own, and associated personal data from our production systems. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being overwritten in the ordinary course.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, token-based authentication, and rate limiting on sensitive endpoints. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may store or process information in jurisdictions outside your province or country of residence, including the United States. While information is in another jurisdiction, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection through contractual and technical measures.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete the account and associated data.
